1. Purpose
Aurame is an AI-powered local discovery service (people, places, events, offers), published by EXPERT FORCE, a single-member French limited liability company (SARL unipersonnelle) with capital of €1,000, RCS Melun B 948 669 965, headquartered at 1 B avenue du Général Leclerc, 77000 Melun, France. These terms govern the use of the aurame.ai website and its application. Accessing the service implies full acceptance of these terms.
2. Individual users
The service is free for users. You agree to: provide accurate information, respect other members and businesses, not publish illegal, hateful or harmful content, comply with applicable laws, and be at least 16 years old. Identity verification (badge) may be offered to strengthen trust.
3. Businesses
Businesses get publishing tools (promos, events, loyalty) governed by separate commercial terms. Published offers must be genuine, accurate, and compliant with advertising and sales promotion regulations.
4. Business model
The service is free for users. For businesses: free at first, then payment only per genuinely attributable qualified visit, under the terms defined in the Business commercial terms.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of your content. You grant EXPERT FORCE the minimal licence required (non-exclusive, worldwide, for the duration of the service's operation) to host and display your content in the service. You may delete your content at any time; deletion is effective and final.
6. Prohibited behaviour
Automated data extraction, circumventing security measures, creating fraudulent accounts, harassment, identity theft. Breach leads to suspension or account deletion, without prejudice to legal remedies.
7. Availability
The service is provided as is, under a best-efforts obligation. Interruptions may occur for maintenance or security. Experimental features may change.
8. Liability
EXPERT FORCE is not liable for interactions between users or for the accuracy of offers published by businesses. For any dispute, contact hello@aurame.ai before taking legal action.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the settings. EXPERT FORCE may suspend the service in the event of a breach of these terms.
10. Governing law and disputes
French law. Language of the contract: French. For disputes with consumers: consumer mediation under the conditions set out in the legal notice, then the competent courts.
